I have served in several roles across schools, but at heart I remain what I have always been — a teacher who believes learning should feel alive.
My educational philosophy is rooted in joyful learning. When children feel safe, curious, and respected, education stops being a burden and becomes a journey of discovery.
Having spent many years in a boarding school environment, I believe in developing a deep bond with students — especially those who sit quietly at the back of the classroom. I believe many revolutions begin there. It's when the backbenchers begin to engage, question, and lead, education transforms.
I strongly believe that raising a child takes a village — teachers, parents, mentors, and communities working together with compassion and purpose.
For me, a Viksit Bharat will not only be built with technology and infrastructure. It will be built with growth mindsets, self-compassion, and classrooms that celebrate curiosity. And it will be built when we finally begin to celebrate teachers as the nation builders they truly are.
“Building joyful schools where every child belongs and every teacher is celebrated ."
